Family Law - M.Sc Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law professional with an M.Sc degree to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing technology organization. You will be instrumental in supporting our legal and compliance functions, with a specific focus on family law matters as they pertain to our employee base and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to family law, including but not limited to, employee welfare policies, separation agreements, and child custody matters.
• Provide support in conducting legal research and analysis on family law precedents and regulations applicable within the Indian context.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant family law statutes affecting employees.
• Help in managing case files and maintaining accurate records for all family law-related matters.
• Support senior legal counsel in advisory roles concerning family law implications in corporate policies and employee benefits.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal guidelines and best practices for family law matters.
