Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FEA Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Production team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Com degree who possesses strong analytical skills and a keen interest in applying them to engineering challenges within a manufacturing environment. The FEA Engineer will support senior engineers in performing Finite Element Analysis to optimize product design, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality and performance. While the primary focus will be on analytical tasks, the role offers a unique opportunity to bridge financial understanding with engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of FEA models and simulations under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Perform basic stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using FEA software.
* Interpret simulation results and generate reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
* Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to understand project requirements and provide analytical support.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all FEA activities, including input parameters, methodologies, and results.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of FEA processes and methodologies.
* Develop an understanding of how engineering analyses impact cost, efficiency, and profitability, leveraging B.Com background.
* Support data collection and analysis for validation of FEA results against experimental data.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA software and techniques.
