Film Producer (2-3 Yrs) | Jaipur

We are seeking a creative and organized Film Producer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of film production processes and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. While the primary focus is on film production, a background in M.Tech will be advantageous for understanding technical aspects of visual storytelling and project management within a large industrial context.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop film concepts and storyboards that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

Manage all phases of film production, including pre-production (scripting, budgeting, scheduling, casting), production (shooting), and post-production (editing, sound design, visual effects, color grading).

Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies (e.g., cinematographers, editors, sound engineers) to ensure high-quality output within budget.

Oversee on-set production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and creative vision.

Ensure all produced content meets company quality standards and legal requirements.

Adapt technical knowledge gained from M.Tech to understand and communicate complex production requirements, potentially involving technical demonstrations or explanations of manufacturing processes for promotional content.

Maintain accurate production records, budgets, and timelines.
