Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations of our hotel properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with audits, both internal and external.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
