Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Finance professional with a unique blend of legal acumen and financial understanding to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, looking to contribute to the financial operations of a fast-paced startup in the Events and Live Entertainment sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, managing financial contracts, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret financial contracts, agreements, and regulatory documents to ensure legal compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, with a keen eye for legal implications.

Support the finance team in managing tax-related matters, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Conduct legal and financial due diligence for new partnerships, investments, and event collaborations.

Liaise with legal counsel and external auditors on financial and compliance matters.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met from a financial perspective.

Contribute to financial reporting and compliance activities.
