Junior Media Planning - Events / Live Entertainment (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Media Planner to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong academic background, particularly in LLM (Law and Liberal Arts), who is looking to apply their critical thinking and research skills to the fast-paced world of event and live entertainment media planning. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of media plans that effectively reach target audiences for our diverse portfolio of events and entertainment properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior media planners in researching, analyzing, and understanding target audience demographics and media consumption habits.
- Support the creation of media plans, including channel selection (digital, OOH, print, broadcast), budget allocation, and scheduling.
- Monitor and report on the performance of media campaigns, gathering data and insights for optimization.
- Conduct competitive media analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Liaise with media vendors and agencies to negotiate rates and secure placements.
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis, evaluating effectiveness against set objectives.
- Utilize analytical and research skills, honed through an LLM education, to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest media trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the events and entertainment industry.
