High Performance Analyst - Events / Live Entertainment Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical High Performance Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for optimizing the performance of our live events and entertainment offerings, driving data-informed decisions, and enhancing audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and the nuances of the Indian entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze event performance data, including ticket sales, audience demographics, and engagement metrics, to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various events and campaigns.
