We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a B.Pharma degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team as a Financial Crime Analyst. This role is crucial for identifying, investigating, and preventing financial crime within our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will utilize their analytical acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical and financial landscapes to contribute to our robust financial crime prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into potential financial crime activities such as fraud, money laundering, and corruption, with a focus on areas relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Analyze financial data and transaction patterns to detect anomalies and suspicious activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and policies to mitigate financial crime risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on investigation findings, risk assessments, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Audit) and external agencies as needed.
- Monitor and stay abreast of evolving financial crime trends and regulatory changes, particularly within the healthcare and education sectors.
- Support the implementation of anti-fraud and anti-money laundering programs.
