Fire Guard (0-2 Yrs) - Legal

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and vigilant Fire Guard with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our legal team in Bangalore. The Fire Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by monitoring fire safety systems, conducting routine checks, and responding effectively to any fire-related emergencies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers) to ensure they are in good working order.
- Monitor fire detection and alarm systems, reporting any malfunctions or false alarms.
- Patrol designated areas to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fire safety plans and procedures.
- Educate staff on fire prevention measures and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, drills, and any safety incidents.
- Respond promptly and effectively to fire alarms and other emergencies, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with external fire safety officials and agencies when required.
- Support administrative tasks related to safety and compliance, leveraging M.Com knowledge for record-keeping and reporting.
