Role Summary:
We are seeking a Firmware Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our innovation team. This role is crucial for developing and integrating firmware solutions for our smart leather products and manufacturing processes. While the core of the role involves technical firmware development, we are particularly interested in candidates with a business acumen background (BBA/BBM) who can bridge the gap between technology and business requirements in the leather industry.

Key Responsibilities:
