Fixed Income Dealer for B.Tech/B.E. Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Fixed Income Dealer with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's fixed income portfolio, executing trades, and ensuring optimal returns while managing risks within the water treatment and waste management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute buy and sell orders for various fixed income instruments (e.g., bonds, debentures, government securities) in accordance with company policies and market conditions.

Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact the fixed income portfolio.

Conduct thorough analysis of fixed income securities, including credit analysis, duration analysis, and yield curve analysis.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, manage interest rate risk, and achieve financial objectives.

Maintain relationships with brokers, custodians, and other financial market participants.

Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market analysis, and risk exposure for senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
