The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a strong understanding of financial and operational aspects relevant to the aviation and hospitality sectors. This role involves managing and optimizing various operational functions that support our airline and airport-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily flight operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, ground handling agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor flight performance, analyze operational data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle flight clearances, permits, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to airport services and flight operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to flight and airport operations, leveraging B.Com expertise.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and support for operational activities.
- Respond to and resolve operational disruptions and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in flight and airport operations.
