We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Flight Attendant / Steward with 1-3 years of experience to join our esteemed hospitality team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed a Diploma and are passionate about delivering exceptional in-flight and on-ground service. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers during their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all emergency equipment is functional.
- Serve meals and beverages to passengers, adhering to hygiene and service standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to passenger requests and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cabin environment throughout the flight.
- Assist with disembarkation and ensure all passengers leave safely.
- Comply with all aviation regulations and company policies.
