Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food, Beverage & Hospitality - Other. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services within the company premises, catering to the needs of employees and guests. The ideal candidate will have a 12th pass education and 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a keen eye for quality and service excellence. This position is based in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's canteen and pantry services.

Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained in all food preparation and serving areas.

Assist in procurement of food supplies, beverages, and other hospitality-related materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with catering vendors for special events and meetings, ensuring timely and satisfactory service.

Handle inventory management for food, beverages, and related supplies, maintaining accurate records.

Address employee feedback and concerns related to food and beverage services promptly and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas and pantry spaces.

Assist in organizing and executing company events and functions requiring hospitality support.
