Formulation Scientist - Nagpur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Formulation Scientist with 0-2 years of experience to join our R&D team in Nagpur. This role will involve assisting in the development and optimization of new and existing FMCG products, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and efficacy standards. While a technical background is usually preferred, we are open to candidates with a strong analytical and research aptitude, coupled with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, who demonstrate a keen interest in product development and market dynamics within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior scientists in the formulation and bench-scale development of new personal care and home care products.
- Conduct literature reviews and market research to identify new ingredients, technologies, and product trends relevant to the FMCG industry.
- Support stability testing and efficacy studies of formulated products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and documentation for all experiments and formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure successful product launches.
- Analyze competitor products and market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product ideas and problem-solving.
