We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, bringing a unique perspective to identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities within our platform. This role is crucial in safeguarding our users and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze suspicious transactions and user behaviors to detect potential fraud.
- Develop and implement fraud detection rules and models using design thinking principles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance fraud prevention systems.
- Create compelling visual reports and dashboards to communicate fraud trends and insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis of fraudulent incidents and propose preventive measures.
- Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and techniques in the hospitality industry.
- Assist in the development of user-friendly interfaces for fraud reporting and management tools.
