Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Director of Photography with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. While the primary focus will be on visual storytelling for our logistics operations and marketing campaigns, we are open to candidates with a B.Pharma background who can bring a unique perspective and analytical approach to visual content creation. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and communicates the efficiency and reliability of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand project requirements and visual needs.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video shoots and photo sessions related to logistics operations, warehousing, and delivery processes.
- Plan and execute photography and videography shoots, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Manage and direct camera crews, lighting technicians, and other production staff.
- Select and edit photographic and video content to meet project objectives.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a professional aesthetic.
- Adapt your B.Pharma knowledge to understand and visually represent complex supply chain processes in an accessible manner.
- Manage freelance production budgets and schedules effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
