We are seeking an experienced and organized Front Office Manager to oversee the reception area and ensure smooth daily operations at our Nasik facility. This role is crucial for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to bring a structured and detail-oriented approach to office management, ensuring efficiency and compliance within our leather manufacturing startup. This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
2. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and manage the company calendar.
3. Maintain the organization and tidiness of the reception area and common office spaces.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
5. Assist with administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and data entry.
6. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
7. Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, leveraging a strong understanding of compliance from M.Pharma.
9. Support the setup and management of internal events and meetings.
10. Provide a point of contact for vendors and service providers related to office management.
