Full-Time Criminal Law (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Criminal Law professional to join our legal team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Diploma in Criminal Law, looking to contribute to a dynamic startup environment within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of criminal legal matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to criminal law matters.

Conduct legal research on criminal statutes, case laws, and legal precedents relevant to the company's operations in India.

Support senior legal counsel in preparing for and attending court proceedings, hearings, and client consultations.

Manage and organize case files, evidence, and other legal documentation.

Liaise with law enforcement agencies, public prosecutors, and other legal professionals as required.

Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day criminal law queries.

Ensure compliance with all relevant criminal laws and regulations within the Indian legal framework.
