Full-Time Procurement / Sourcing Head (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor relations, particularly within the import/export sector. This role is crucial in optimizing our sourcing strategies and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for various import and export goods, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable payment terms.

Manage the entire procurement cycle, from requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new sourcing opportunities.

Analyze market trends and commodity prices to inform sourcing decisions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies.

Utilize data analysis and reporting to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, finance) to meet business objectives.
