Full-Time Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and design-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Team Leader. This role is ideal for a recent M.Des graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and product merchandising within the electronics manufacturing sector. You will lead a small retail team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales and service goals.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and inventory management.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, enhancing product presentation and store appeal.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

Contribute design-thinking to improve store layout, customer flow, and product displays.
