Full-Time Search Engineer (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Search Engineer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our internal search functionalities, ensuring efficient access to agricultural data and insights. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to enhance search relevance, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of search algorithms and indexing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into search solutions.
- Develop and test new search features and improvements.
- Analyze search query logs and user behavior to identify areas for optimization.
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of search technologies and tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of search results for agricultural data.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve search-related issues.
