Functional Consultant (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of clinical research processes and technology to implement and support solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction within the contract research organization (CRO) space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client business requirements for clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, or other relevant clinical research software.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Configure and customize software solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, ICH).
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the testing phases.
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in clinical research and data management.
