Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will support fundraising initiatives, manage donor relations, and contribute to the financial growth of our projects within the Iron & Steel industry. A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required, demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.

Conduct research on potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donors.

Prepare and submit grant proposals, funding applications, and other fundraising materials.

Maintain accurate records of donor information, contributions, and communications.

Support the organization of fundraising events and campaigns.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and internal teams.

Analyze fundraising data and prepare reports on progress and outcomes.
