Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Game Developer / Programmer with 1-2 years of experience and a BBA/BBM background to join our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of engaging and educational gaming applications related to our agrochemical products and sustainable farming practices. This unique opportunity combines business acumen with technical creativity to enhance user engagement and product understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement game mechanics, features, and user interfaces for educational and promotional gaming applications using relevant game development platforms and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to translate business requirements and agricultural concepts into engaging gameplay.

- Integrate game elements with company data and product information to create informative and interactive experiences.

- Assist in the testing, debugging, and optimization of game applications to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience.

- Contribute to game design documentation and provide creative input for future projects.

- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and improve game features.

- Leverage BBA/BBM knowledge to understand market needs and user engagement strategies for gaming applications.
