Job Description
We are seeking a Geoscientist Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will leverage your M.Com background to manage and analyze geological data relevant to our agricultural supply chain and resource management initiatives within the FMCG sector. You will be instrumental in optimizing resource utilization and ensuring sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze geological and geographical data to identify potential resource locations and assess environmental impact for agricultural land acquisition and management.
Utilize M.Com knowledge to manage budgets, forecast costs, and report on financial aspects related to geological surveys and land development projects.
Develop and implement strategies for sustainable resource management, aligning with company environmental policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including agriculture, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of geological insights into business strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on geological findings, project progress, and financial implications.
Oversee junior geoscientists and field teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project deadlines.
