Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Services professional to manage and enhance the visitor experience at our Chandigarh facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for all guests, clients, and partners, aligning with Havells' commitment to excellence. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing them with necessary information and directions.
- Manage visitor registrations, ensuring all protocols and security measures are followed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meetings, appointments, and site tours for guests.
- Handle inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain the reception area and common guest spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support as required, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Uphold company standards and policies, ensuring a positive brand representation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and propose solutions.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills, leveraging a Master of Science (M.Sc) background for analytical tasks and process improvement.
