Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Guest Services professional with an M.Tech degree to manage and enhance the experience of visitors and clients at our corporate office in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to apply their technical background in a customer-facing environment within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Manage reception desk operations, including handling incoming calls, managing mail, and coordinating courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor logistics.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and databases accurately.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth guest experiences and information flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, providing accurate information about the company and its services.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and hospitality arrangements for guests.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of reception and common guest areas.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the management team, leveraging M.Tech analytical skills for problem-solving.
