Hair Stylist / Hairdresser (2-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join our corporate office in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience who also possesses a strong understanding of legal frameworks, ideally demonstrated through an LLB degree, to manage and advise on client interactions and service agreements within a corporate setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling services to our employees and managing client-facing aspects of our services with a legal-minded approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair styling and hairdressing services, including cuts, coloring, perms, and treatments.

Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and treatments.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

Leverage LLB knowledge to draft and review service agreements with clients, ensuring compliance and clear terms.

Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, using legal principles to find equitable solutions.

Advise on legal aspects of service provision, including client waivers and consent forms.
