Hardware and Networks - Other (2-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware and Networks professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a foundational understanding of computer hardware, network infrastructure, and troubleshooting. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems, ensuring connectivity and supporting end-users. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and network devices, as well as providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Set up and manage network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, and access points.

Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing queries related to hardware and network connectivity.

Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and network equipment.

Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.

Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
