We are seeking a talented Hardware Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust hardware solutions that support our critical NBFC operations. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware systems, network architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical designs. A B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable and reliable hardware infrastructure for our NBFC operations, including servers, storage, and network devices.
• Evaluate new hardware technologies and solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and system administrators, to define hardware requirements and integration strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed hardware architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations in hardware design and implementation.
