Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware issues to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, coordinating with vendors for repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Set up and configure new workstations and ensure they are ready for user deployment.
- Assist in managing IT inventory, including hardware assets and spare parts.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users for hardware-related queries.
- Document hardware configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security standards during all hardware operations.
