Hardware Installation & Maintenance - Contract Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hardware Installation & Maintenance Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various hardware systems within our logistics network. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware components and a proactive approach to ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test new hardware, including servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.
- Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on existing hardware to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage inventory of hardware components and spare parts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with software and network infrastructure.
- Document hardware configurations, maintenance procedures, and incident reports.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for hardware management and security.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related queries.
