Policybazaar is looking for a proactive Hardware Reliability Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability and performance of our hardware infrastructure that underpins our extensive insurance and financial services operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM background to understand business needs and contribute to the strategic management of hardware assets, focusing on minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of hardware performance metrics to predict and prevent failures.
- Design and execute reliability test plans for various hardware components and systems.
- Work closely with procurement and IT teams to establish stringent hardware selection criteria and vendor management processes.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis for hardware failures and implement effective solutions.
- Document all reliability testing, analysis, and failure investigation findings.
- Develop and manage hardware lifecycle management plans, including maintenance and refresh cycles.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hardware reliability engineering and apply them to our environment.
- Translate technical reliability findings into actionable business recommendations.
