Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Hazard / Fire / Injury Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production division in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and a strong understanding of industrial safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment, compliance with legal standards, and effective management of potential hazards, fire risks, and workplace injuries within our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards, fire risks, and scenarios leading to injuries in the manufacturing and production environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, emergency response plans, and fire prevention strategies in compliance with Indian legal frameworks.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses related to hazards, fire, and injuries, ensuring thorough documentation and root cause analysis.
- Interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., Factories Act, Public Liability Insurance Act) to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Liaise with legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and insurance providers on matters concerning safety, environmental compliance, and compensation claims.
- Develop and deliver training programs on hazard identification, fire safety, and accident prevention for employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, incident reports, risk assessments, and legal compliance documentation.
- Advise management on legal implications and best practices for mitigating risks associated with industrial hazards, fire, and injuries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Operations, Engineering) to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in industrial safety laws, hazard management techniques, and fire safety technologies.
