Hazard / Fire / Injury for MCA Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Hazard / Fire / Injury Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and assessing risks related to fire, natural disasters, and other potential hazards that could lead to injuries or property damage within our insurance operations. You will play a crucial role in developing mitigation strategies and improving our underwriting processes by leveraging data analysis and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data related to fire, hazard, and injury claims to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to predict the likelihood and impact of various hazards.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to assess risk factors for new and existing policies, focusing on fire and injury potential.
- Utilize MCA knowledge to design and develop data-driven tools and reports for risk assessment and management.
- Investigate the root causes of fire and injury incidents to recommend preventive measures and policy adjustments.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in hazard analysis and risk management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on risk assessments and mitigation strategies for senior management.
- Work closely with IT and data science teams to ensure data integrity and the effective implementation of analytical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of insurance products that better address hazard and injury risks.
