Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in client outreach and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage client communication logs using CRM software.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and services to effectively communicate with clients.
