Role Summary:
Agri-Tech India is seeking a dynamic and analytically driven Head - Data Science to lead our data-driven initiatives within the agriculture sector. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience, possessing a strong business acumen derived from a BBA/BBM background and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex agricultural challenges. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing data science strategies that optimize farm management, improve crop yields, and enhance operational efficiency across our diverse agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data science strategies aligned with business objectives in agriculture.
- Analyze large datasets related to crop performance, soil health, weather patterns, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
- Design and implement predictive models for yield forecasting, disease detection, and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts and scientists.
- Present complex findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
