This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced data science strategies to optimize our operations, enhance product development, and drive business growth within the electrical equipment sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong technical background and leadership potential to guide data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for critical business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to product performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, marketing, operations) to define data science requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and evaluate their applicability to Havells' business.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
