Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our team as Head - Design & Development. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment. You will be instrumental in shaping our product's design and development trajectory, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. A Post Graduation degree is not a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design and development plans.
Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and products.
Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Support the development team in achieving project goals.
