Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Plan and oversee space utilization, office layout, and infrastructure development.
- Implement design thinking principles to improve workplace ergonomics and operational flows.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand and meet their facility-related needs.
