Head - HRBP for Doctorate/PhD Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Head - HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for driving HR initiatives aligned with our business objectives within the rapidly evolving NBFC sector. You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that foster talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This position requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, research methodologies, and a proven ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Leverage research and analytical skills (acquired through your Doctorate/PhD) to identify trends, diagnose organizational issues, and propose evidence-based HR solutions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs related to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support change management processes and facilitate organizational development interventions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, particularly those with advanced academic backgrounds.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
