Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Head - Information Security to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for safeguarding our company's digital assets, intellectual property, and sensitive data. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in information security principles and practices, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. A B.Sc. degree in a relevant field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of IT systems and applications.
- Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain security awareness training programs for employees.
- Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all system development and deployment processes.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Manage third-party security risks.
