We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - QA to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience, preferably with a BBA/BBM background, looking to contribute to quality assurance within the water treatment sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of processes and products.
- Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff.
- Manage documentation and reporting of QA activities.
