Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head - QA to lead our Quality Assurance initiatives in the Water Treatment and Waste Management domain. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong technical background, preferably with an M.Tech degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and policies for water treatment and waste management processes.
Oversee the execution of QA plans, ensuring adherence to national and international quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in water and waste management.
