Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Head - Recruitment with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent to meet the company's strategic objectives within the Electrical Equipment industry. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
