Role Summary:

This entry-level position is ideal for a recent Master of Commerce (M.Com) graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing shared services functions within a large manufacturing organization. You will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of various administrative and financial processes, contributing to cost savings and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of shared services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
- Support in the reconciliation of financial statements and bank statements.
- Help in preparing financial reports and analysis for management.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all shared services activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new shared services procedures.
