Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Head - Tech Support to lead our technology support operations in Guwahati. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and technical proficiency.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems across our Guwahati facilities.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for critical IT issues, including hardware failures, software bugs, and network connectivity problems.
- Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of all technical support tickets, meeting defined SLAs.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements relevant to the logistics industry.
