Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head - Tour Management to oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel and logistics for our legal professionals across India, with a specific focus on our Bhubaneshwar operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and cost-effective travel arrangements, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive tour management strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa processing for lawyers and staff.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
- Create and manage travel budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain detailed itineraries and schedules for all tours and business trips.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand travel requirements and provide timely support.
- Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during tours.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel policies, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on travel expenses, vendor performance, and overall tour management efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tour and travel management.
