Head - Tour Management - Corporate (Coimbatore)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Head - Tour Management with 1-2 years of experience to oversee and coordinate corporate travel and tour arrangements for our Coimbatore branch. The ideal candidate will leverage their BCA background to manage logistics efficiently and ensure smooth travel experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of corporate tour logistics, including travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels), itinerary creation, and local transportation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand travel requirements and ensure timely execution of tour plans.
- Maintain and update travel records, budgets, and expense reports.
- Handle any unforeseen travel disruptions or emergencies, providing prompt solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Utilize technology and software for efficient booking, tracking, and reporting of travel activities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate rates and ensure quality of service.
- Provide support to employees regarding their travel arrangements and queries.
